Shipping & Returns

Deliveries in New Zealand are free on orders over $50. We use couriers for deliveries.

International orders are charged at $15. For larger items requiring more postage, we will contact you for the actual postage rate. International items are sent airmail.

Orders are processed and generally sent the same day if ordered before noon, or next day. We'll advise you if there are likely to be delays.

We aim to make you happy! We offer a full refund if your goods aren’t up to scratch. All items are insured for delivery, whether they be by courier or regular post.
